2. Service Description
BananaSlides provides an AI-powered presentation slide generation service. Users receive credits upon signup which can be used to generate presentation slides. Each slide generation consumes one credit.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Credits and Usage
Credits are required to generate slides. Instant slide generation costs 2 credits per slide; batch (Generate later) costs 1 credit per slide. Credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Do not expire
- Cannot be refunded once used
- May have maximum generation limits (currently 3 slides maximum per generation)
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Generate content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse the system
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the service to create spam or misleading content
6. Intellectual Property
The slides you generate using BananaSlides are yours to use. However, the BananaSlides service, software, and branding remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
BananaSlides is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Generated content may contain inaccuracies.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
