2. Free Credits

Promotional or bonus credits issued outside of a purchase are non-refundable as they are offered at no cost.

3. Purchased Credits

For any credits purchased in the future:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds will only be issued for unused credits
  • Once credits are used to generate slides, they cannot be refunded
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our website with:

  • Your account email address
  • Purchase date and transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Number of credits remaining (unused)

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits have been fully or partially used
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • Account has been terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Request is made in bad faith or for fraudulent purposes

6. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us immediately. We may issue credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis for verified service disruptions.

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be immediately terminated. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any payment disputes.
